What were your challenges before AppyBee?

It can happen that a class gets canceled due to circumstances, and back then that had to be communicated through a group chat. You know how it is: only a few people actually want to be in a group chat. So you end up with two group chats, some people don't want to join at all, and it became really hard for us to keep clients updated.

What has changed for you now that you use AppyBee?

Nowadays with AppyBee, if something comes up and a class can't take place, you report it in AppyBee and it immediately posts to Instagram or Facebook. Perfect, and super convenient, because you have direct contact with clients. In the past, we were a gym with just drop-ins. We don't use subscriptions here; we have 10-class passes and single drop-ins. AppyBee easily handles single sessions and class passes. Because we don't do memberships, other software didn't really work for us. AppyBee was a perfect fit! Another thing worth mentioning: payments are so much easier now. You sign up and pay right away.
