What were your problems for AppyBee?

It can sometimes happen that a lesson is canceled due to a situation, because then it had to go through or a group app, you know, with a group app you only have a few people who want to join the group app. So then you get two group apps, and some people don't want to be in a group app, so we couldn't provide feedback to the customer very well.

What has changed for you now that you are using AppyBee?

Nowadays with AppyBee, there is a situation, class cannot continue, you can report it in AppyBee and that also goes straight to an Instagram or a Facebook. Perfect, and that is really handy, because you now have direct contact with the customers. We used to be a gym where you just had free walk-in. We do not work with subscriptions here. We have 10 ride cards and individual lessons. AppyBee therefore has a small section that also works with separate lessons and ride tickets. And so we don't have subscriptions and that's why we couldn't work with other programs, so to speak. And AppyBee was perfect for us! Another thing I should add, the payments are also easier now, because you sign up, you pay immediately. Yes, it's totally great.
