What exactly is a no-show?

Very simple: someone books a spot, but neither cancels nor shows up.
In AppyBee, members can always cancel themselves via the app. Then your own cancellation policy simply applies — completely fine.

But if someone doesn't cancel, the spot remains occupied. Especially with unlimited plans, this can get quite annoying. You lose capacity, you miss sales and other members miss an opportunity to participate.
