How do you experience the AppyBee system?

The great thing about AppyBee is of course that you can manage registrations based on the number of available spots. For example, we have a punch bag class using all bags. With 2 people per bag you can fit 66 people, so before it was always: first come, first served. Now you can distribute it much better and you deal with far fewer phone bookings. A huge amount of admin is taken off your hands, because previously people would call: can you put me down for that class, and so on.

Why did you start using AppyBee?

The month Covid hit, we had to start registering people for contact tracing. Registering itself isn't such a problem. We approached our web developer back then: can you build a system allowing people to register for the various classes we offer? We have 30 group classes throughout the week. You were only allowed a limited number of people. So the web developer got to work. At the last minute, it failed. It simply crashed. Through word of mouth we got in touch with AppyBee, and within a few hours, within one day, they ensured we were live before June 1st, 2020, and people were able to book.

Well, I would definitely recommend partnering with AppyBee for several reasons: price, quality, and service. I think it's a fantastic system, and we are extremely proud and happy with it.
